Kendra Jin, Associate Director

Kendra started her career in consumer research in Shanghai, 2003. Since then, she has become experienced in consumer understanding across a wide range of industries, including food & beverage, finance and tourism.

Kendra is enthusiastic about the nuances of cultural and psychological differences between people across China and has immersed herself not only in metropolises, but also in different regions, counties and small rural towns. This has helped her form a holistic understanding of consumers in China. She has extensive experience in 3rd Tier cities –  using ethnography and affinity techniques to understand  snacking, beverages and male grooming habits.

Her clients have included Pepsi, Kraft, Citibank, The Singapore Tourism Board and Philips.
