Chinese Cheese

An interesting video on the rise of the cheese industry in China. Given the huge growth of dairy over the last few years, is cheese the next product in the category set to capture the appetites of Chinese consumers? Whilst milk has been acknowledged as nutritious, healthy and a symbol of prosperity, it’s more difficult to say if cheese, with more complex and unusual flavours will catch on.
